特装搭建注意事项：
Note about Special Booth Setup
（1）搭建材料必须使用防火材料或经防火涂层处理的符合消防要求的材料。严禁使用易燃、易爆、易污染的物品，禁止、明火作业。
The construction materials must use fire-resistant materials or materials that have been treated with fire-resistant coatings and meet fire safety requirements. It is strictly prohibited to use flammable, explosive, and easily polluting materials, and open flame operations are also prohibited.
（2）搭建单位应按展馆规定接电，不得擅自接拉电线，不得超负荷用电。展位敷设的线路应采用护套线或必须加绝缘套管，线路接头必须采用专用接头连接。
The construction company shall connect the electricity according to the regulations of the exhibition hall, and shall not connect or pull wires without authorization, nor use electricity beyond the load. The lines laid in the booth should use sheathed wires or must be insulated with sleeves, and the line joints must be connected with dedicated joints.
（3）严禁在展厅公用设备、设施、地面、柱体和墙体钻孔、打钉子、划痕、喷漆，违者将按标准扣罚特装押金。
It is strictly prohibited to drill, nail, scratch, or spray paint on public equipment, facilities, floors, columns, and walls in the exhibition hall. Violators will be fined a special installation deposit according to the standard.
（4）展位位置和搭建不得遮挡安全通道，不得堆放物品。防火卷帘下不得设置展位和堆放任何物品。
The booth location and construction must not obstruct the safe passage, and items must not be stacked. No booth or stacking of any items is allowed under the fireproof rolling shutter.
（5）搭建展位时严禁遮挡消防栓和消防报警按钮等消防设施、监控设施和空调排风口。
It is strictly prohibited to cover fire hydrants, fire alarm buttons, monitoring facilities, and air conditioning vents when setting up booths.
（6）布撤展期间严禁在展馆内吸烟，违者将按标准扣罚特装押金。
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall during the exhibition period. Violators will be fined a special decoration deposit according to the standard.
（7）严格按照组委会规定的撤展时间清理完所有物品。
Strictly clean up all items according to the moving out time specified by the organizing committee.
（1）不得在展馆地面、柱体、墙体上粘贴有残留性的单双面胶以及有粘性的图案宣传品。违者将按照《设施损坏赔偿标准》。
Residual single and double-sided adhesive tape, as well as adhesive pattern promotional materials, shall not be pasted on the floor, columns, and walls of the exhibition hall. Violators will be subject to the 'Compensation Standards for Facility Damage'.
（2）参展商在布撤展和展期期间要注意用电安全，禁止使用酒精炉、煤油炉，请勿自行装接电源和乱拉乱接电线，严禁遮挡主电源箱。
Exhibitors should pay attention to electrical safety during the setup, moving out, and exhibition period. The use of alcohol stoves and kerosene stoves is prohibited. Please do not install or connect power sources or wires randomly, and it is strictly forbidden to cover the main power box.
（3）布撤展期间严禁在展馆内吸烟，吸烟请到展馆外或吸烟区吸烟。
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall during the move in and move out period. Please smoke outside the exhibition hall or in the smoking area.
（4）严格按照组委会规定的撤展时间将全部展品、展具撤离展馆。

①搭建单位营业执照、法人身份证复印件、施工现场管理人员身份证及联系方式、特殊工种（如电工）操作证等复印件，均需加盖公章。
Copies of the business license of the booth setup company, the legal representative's ID card, the ID card and contact information of the construction site management personnel, and the operation certificate for special occupations (such as electricians) must all be stamped with the official seal.
②特装展位设计图、结构图、电路分布图等。

③特装搭建安全责任书（见附件1）。

（1）特殊装修的展位，搭建单位应在进馆前，将展位设计图，附水、电、气分布图等以邮件形式提交组委会展会服务部进行审核，经批准后方可按图施工。
For booths with special setup, the company should submit the booth design drawings, including water, electricity, gas distribution maps, etc., to the exhibition service department of the organizing committee by email for review before entering the venue. Setup can only be carried out according to the drawings after approval.
（2）进场施工前，搭建单位携带搭建单位营业执照、施工现场管理人员身份证等所需资料办理相关搭建手续，交纳特装押金和特装管理费（详见附件2：展会服务收费标准），办理施工证，并与组委会签订《特装搭建安全责任书》。所有施工人员必须凭施工证出入场馆。
Before entering to work, the booth setup company shall bring the necessary documents such as the business license and the ID card of the site management personnel to handle the relevant procedures, pay the special booth deposit and management fee (see attachment 2: exhibition service fee standards), apply for the booth setup card, and sign the "Special Booth Setup Safety Responsibility Agreement" with the organizing committee. （3）展会结束时，搭建单位应在展会结束当天拆除展台并运走所有废弃物，经验收合格后，方可退还施工押金。未在规定时间内撤清的，组委会将安排人员拆除清理，所产生的费用在押金中扣除，退款手续在三日内到组委会办理。
At the end of the exhibition, the booth setup company should move out the booth and remove all waste on that day. After passing the inspection, the deposit can be refunded. If the items are not removed within the specified time, the organizing committee will arrange personnel to move out and clean them up. The resulting costs will be deducted from the deposit, and the refund procedures will be processed at the organizing committee within three days.
1.展位位置、展位搭建和展位拆除要求
1.Requirements for booth location, booth setup, and booth moving out.
（1）未经许可，不得在展厅内进行施工、搭建和拼装，不得改变展厅地面、墙、门、窗或建筑物其他部分的建筑结构，不得遮挡门、窗、排风口。不得对展厅造成任何损坏，不得改变或影响展厅的建筑结构。
Without permission, working, setup, and assembly are not allowed in the exhibition hall. The building structure of the exhibition hall, floor, walls, doors, windows, or other parts must not be changed, and doors, windows, and exhaust vents must not be obstructed. No damage shall be caused to the exhibition hall, and the building structure of the exhibition hall shall not be altered or affected.
（2）展位搭建高度必须按展馆规定，不得超高。各展馆内因空调管道设施有些部分不能达到以上高度要求时，请根据现场实际情况进行设计施工，搭建高度超过展馆规定高度的，必须报会组委会审核，经组委会同意后方可施工。如施工高度超过两米，施工单位必须自行做好高空作业的安全防范措施。
The height of booth setup must comply with the regulations of the exhibition hall and must not exceed the limit. When some parts of the air conditioning duct facilities in each exhibition hall cannot meet the above height requirements, please design and construct according to the actual situation on site. If the height exceeds the designated height of the exhibition hall, it must be reported to the organizing committee for review and approved by the organizing committee before work. If the height exceeds two meters, the booth setup company must take safety precautions for high-altitude operations on their own.
（3）严禁在展厅公用设备、设施、地面、柱体和墙体钻孔、打钉子、划痕、喷漆。不得在展馆地面、柱体、墙体上粘贴有残留性的单双面胶以及有粘性的图案宣传品。

（4）搭建单位不得在消防水管、桥架、空调管上拉线、悬挂物品，如必须在屋顶悬挂物品时，应提前与组委会联系，经允许后才可进行悬挂。
The booth setup company is not allowed to draw wires or hang items on fire water pipes, bridge frames, and air conditioning pipes. If it is necessary to hang items on the roof, the organizing committee should be contacted in advance and permission must be obtained before hanging.
（5）展位拆除时，应注意安全，文明施工，应在完全确定不带电情况下进行工作。不得破坏展厅设施设备，对悬挂物品不得乱拉乱扯。
When moving out the booth, attention should be paid to safety and civilized setup, and work should be carried out with complete certainty that there is no electricity. Do not damage the exhibition hall facilities and equipment, and do not pull or pull hanging items randomly.
（6）展位搭建及拆除过程中应严格遵守展馆有关物业、消防制度，如发生损坏展馆设备、设施，或影响有关施工和展位安全，一切责任由搭建单位负责并支付相应的经济赔偿。
During the process of booth setup and moving out, it is necessary to strictly comply with the relevant property and fire safety regulations of the exhibition hall. If any damage occurs to the exhibition hall equipment or facilities, or affects the setup and booth safety, the booth setup company shall be responsible for all liabilities and pay corresponding economic compensation.
（1）用电申请
Electricity application
为保证现场安全及管理，特装电源需提前一周向组委会提出申请，组委会将根据申请，放置电源箱。若没有提前申请，待其他展位统一送电后再提出电源申请，组委会将按照3倍价格收取配电箱费用。如需使用三相电须提前一周向组委会提出申请，费用按展会服务收费标准收取。
To ensure on-site safety and management, a special power supply application must be submitted to the organizing committee one week in advance. The organizing committee will place the power supply box according to the application. If no advance application is made, the power supply application will be submitted after other booths have unified power supply, and the organizing committee will charge the distribution box fee at three times the price. （2）电器安装要求

①电器线路、电器设备的安装，应由持有效电工证的人员安装。

②搭建单位应按展馆规定接电，不得擅自接拉电线，不得超负荷用电。

③展位敷设的线路应采用护套线或必须加绝缘套管，线路接头必须采用专用接头连接。除灯线外不得使用花线，横跨通道的电气线路必须有过桥保护。
The lines laid in the booth should use sheathed wires or must be insulated with sleeves, and the line joints must be connected with dedicated joints. Flower wires are not allowed to be used except for light wires, and electrical circuits crossing channels must have bridge protection.
④碘钨灯等高温灯具及霓虹灯不得擅自安装，霓虹灯的安装高度不得低于2.5m，安装时必须加装防护罩，经有关部门检查合格后，方可使用。
Iodine tungsten lamps and other high-temperature lamps, as well as neon lights, shall not be installed without authorization. The installation height of neon lights shall not be less than 2.5m, and protective covers must be installed during installation. Only after passing inspection by relevant departments can they be used.
⑤室外的电器照明设备均应采用防潮型，并有防潮安全措施。

⑥广告牌、灯箱、灯柱内必须留有对流的散热孔，日光灯镇流器应采用消防验收合格的电子产品。
