2016中国泵与电机展览会秋季展成功举办

2007年以来,中国泵与电机展览会作为温岭两大国家级展会之一,创造了巨大的社会及经济效益。据统计,前十届展会共计参展企业3665家,吸引国内外客商26.63万人次观摩洽谈,现场成交额18.18亿元,意向合同44.05亿元。2014年被中国会展经济研究会评为“中国十佳品牌会展项目”,2012年-2014年连续3年被列入商务部支持引导展会。2016中国泵与电机展览会秋季展于10月20日至22日在会展中心成功举办,展出面积达30000平方米,展位数1151个,参展企业495家,其中外地企业295家。累计国内采购商及观众2.1万人次,达成现场成交额1.89亿元。其主要做法是:

Since 2007, the China Pump & Electrical Machinery Exhibition, as one of the two national level exhibitions in Wenling, has created enormous social and economic benefits. According to statistics, a total of 3,665 exhibitors participated in the first ten exhibitions, attracting 266,300 domestic and international visitors to visit. The on-site transaction volume was 1.818 billion yuan, and the intention contract was 4.405 billion yuan. In 2014, it was rated as one of the "Top Ten Brand Exhibition Projects in China" by the China Exhibition Economy Research Association. From 2012 to 2014, it was listed as a supported and guided exhibition by the Ministry of Commerce for three consecutive years. The 2016 Exhibition was successfully held from October 20th to 22nd at the Exhibition Center, with an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, 1,151 exhibition booths, and 495 exhibitors, including 295 non local enterprises. Accumulated 21,000 domestic buyers and visitors, achieving an on-site transaction volume of 189 million yuan. The main approach is as follow.


一、宣传推广工作落实到位

展前两个月出台工作方案,细化组织架构,明确各相关部门职责。展前一个月联动宣传、公安、市场监管等部门,召开展会协调会议,明确和落实各相关单位工作职责,对展会前期准备进行补充和改进。展前一周,联合消防、供电等相关部门对展馆消防设施、安全通道、电路安全等进行了实地的检查和指导,为展会顺利举办奠定了坚实的基础和稳固的保障。

One month before the exhibition, we coordinated with publicity, public security, market supervision and other departments to hold an exhibition coordination meeting, clarify and implement the work responsibilities of each relevant department, and supplement and improve the preparations before the exhibition. One week before the exhibition, relevant departments such as fire protection and power supply conducted on-site inspections and guidance on the fire protection facilities, safety passages, and circuit safety of the exhibition hall, laying a solid foundation and stable guarantee for the smooth holding of the exhibition.

本届秋季展不仅立足于传统媒体,而且拓展新媒体,围绕业内热门专业领域,展开推广攻势。在大溪高速路口、温岭火车站、市内交通要道等产业人流集聚区投放户外平面电子广告,并在30家各类专业期刊杂志上投放广告。温岭日报、浙江日报、浙江在线、光明网等知名媒体也相继对展会进行全方位报道。同时,在20家专业网站、热门论坛上投放广告,并投入本地热门微信头条广告8个,每条广告阅读量均超一万。

This autumn exhibition is not only based on traditional media, but also expands to new media, focusing on popular professional fields in the industry and launching promotional campaigns. Outdoor flat electronic advertisements were placed in industrial flow gathering areas such as Daxi Expressway intersection, Wenling Railway Station, and urban transportation arteries, and advertisements were placed in 30 professional journals and magazines. Famous media such as Wenling Daily, Zhejiang Daily, Zhejiang Online, and Guangming Net have also provided comprehensive coverage of the exhibition. At the same time, advertisements were placed on 20 professional websites and popular forums, and 8 local popular WeChat headline advertisements were invested, with each advertisement having a reading volume of over 10,000.


二、展会模式突破创新

公司全面整合资源,改变过去每年一展模式,开启春秋两季双展联动的新格局,两季双展方案一经出台,得到了参展商的一致认同和赞许,参展意愿达90%以上。同时对双展进行准确的市场定位,春季展侧重内贸,秋季展侧重外贸,从单一的内销拓展为外贸、内销共同起步。在秋季展期间,公司首次尝试举办“跨国采购商对接洽谈会”,为参展企业量身定制,邀请到世界各地的专业对口外商来到温岭,与参展企业展开“一对一”的采购对话,进一步发挥了泵与电机展专业外贸对接的平台作用,备受参展企业与采购商的肯定。

At the same time, accurate market positioning will be carried out for the dual exhibitions, with the spring exhibition focusing on domestic trade and the autumn exhibition focusing on foreign trade, expanding from a single domestic sales to a joint start of foreign trade and domestic sales. During the autumn exhibition, the company made its first attempt to hold a "International Purchasing Matchmaking Fair" oriented for exhibitors, inviting professional international counterparts from all over the world to Wenling to engage in "one-on-one" procurement dialogues with exhibitors. This further played a platform role in the professional foreign trade matchmaking of the exhibition, and was highly recognized by both exhibitors and buyers.


三、着力打造展会知名度

公司招展部门采取短信与电话的方式,并通过传真、邮件、网络搜索、走访企业等方式逐一落实。美国富兰克林电气作为全球泵机行业中极具影响力的品牌企业,秋季展再次进驻中国泵与电机展览会。宙斯流体系统(上海)有限公司特别重视本次展会,展出产品韩国直送,并由厂商代表亲赴中国进行现场指导操作。

另外,组委会根据专业观众数据库,以短信、电话等方式对采购商实行“一对一”的邀请,并配备专人并制定计划,分赴全国10多个省市的专业泵与电机市场宣传展会,落实采购商邀请工作。同时针对采购商制定参会优惠政策,通过同全国相关行业协会与专业外包服务公司合作,本次展会吸引到来自全球21个国家的306多名国际客商来展会进行商贸活动。

四、强化服务保障展会环境

本届展会在安全保障上层层落实,全面到位:投入安保人员400人,实行24小时值班和安全巡查制度;配保洁员90人,实行卫生包干制度;安排电工24人,电力9人,大棚地台搭建维护10人,从疏散路线、消防器材、电力供应、设备维护等方面进行监督排查;与所有参展商、工程搭建单位签订安全责任书,确保安全责任有效落实。为着力完善安全设施,场馆配备红外线智能监控系统,得到了参展企业和现场观众的高度评价。

Arrange 24 electricians, 9 electricians, and 10 maintenance personnel for exhibition tent and platform construction to supervise and inspect evacuation routes, fire-fighting equipment, power supply, equipment maintenance, and other aspects.
